Steps to Check the Expiry date of Go Card Australia
You can check the expiry date of your Go Card in Australia by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Go Card account
- Visit the TransLink website and log in to your Go Card account using your username and password.
Step 2: Click on “My Cards”
- Once you are logged in, click on “My Cards” from the main menu.
Step 3: Select the Go Card you want to check
- If you have more than one Go Card linked to your account, select the one you want to check.
Step 4: View your card details
- Your Go Card details will be displayed, including the expiry date.
If you don’t have a Go Card account, you can still check the expiry date of your card by visiting a Go Card reader at a train station, bus interchange, or ferry terminal.
Simply touch your card to the reader and your remaining balance and expiry date will be displayed on the screen. You can also check the expiry date of your card by calling TransLink customer service on 13 12 30.
